I was pleasantly surprised by the value I got for my money at the hotel. The room was luxurious and they provided all the necessary amenities for our short stay. The location was excellent, close to all the facilities, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit.
The breakfast option could have been better.

The room was equipped with a Jacuzzi. We could have lunch in Restaurant Maxime set within 600 feet. We enjoyed the hotel.

One of our favorite spots luna park was near to this place. Choosing for lunch Waiki Beach, which is situated 1000 feet away was a good idea. We strongly recommend once again

Chic and stylish. Lovely lay-out of rest areas on ground floor and roof-top. Concierge was very good and looked after the car - thanks
Location of room (208) not pleasant - directly below the rooftop bar where the loud music meant that it was impossible to have an afternoon nap in the bedroom. The plastic awning of the bar was also very noisy in the wind and kept us awake at night. The bedroom terrace lookout onto the main roundabout and road so pretty noisy. These are not complaints - just a fact of life regarding the location of our bedroom. The rooftop bar staff stay behind the bar rather than practice a proactive waitress type service so if you are very comfortable on your luxurious outdoor bed or in the jacuzzi, you will need to make the effort to go to the bar - a bit of a dis-satisfyer when you are on holiday and feeling lazy! Breakfast not much more than fruit and pastries so the cost did not represent value for money. No coffee or team-making facilities in the room. Check-in is not until 16.00 so the cost of the first night of Euro 250 seems a lot to pay. Check-out time of 11.00am is also an hour earlier than all other accommodation in the same area.

Lovely modern rooms and in a good location
The reception staff were rude and unhelpful, you had to guess on the facilities as they had no guides or instructions, we never saw the sauna open once and it wasn't signposted so no idea if it was working

The hotel is located in a great area, surrounded by dunes and offering a peaceful atmosphere. Guests can enjoy the quietness of the location, especially when sitting in the half-empty restaurant or in the writing corner.

During my recent stay at Oz'Inn Hotel & Spa, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome I received at reception. The hotel entrance, restaurant, and bar on the ground floor were clean and lovely. The room I stayed in was well decorated and spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows. I really appreciated the effort the hotel made to minimize the wind on the rooftop, where they served a magnificent brunch on good weather days. The steam room was always clean and had a romantic touch with fresh petals. Additionally, the hotel's location away from clubs ensured a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, allowing me to sleep at any time. I was also pleased to have uninterrupted internet access in my room throughout my stay.
I did notice a few drawbacks during my time at the hotel. The roof-top sun beds were never cleaned, even after a party the night before, and the towels, beer bottles, and glass were left lying around.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was comfy and clean, and the bed was huge and good. The shower was great, providing a refreshing experience. The hotel is situated in a great area, and the location is close to various amenities and attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The facilities provided were top-notch, including nice towels, slippers, and dressing gowns. Additionally, the hotel offered a driving service to the nearby beach, although it was not necessary due to the close proximity.
